The inside front cover is signed by Dawn Wells and there is a gift inscription. Ms. Wells passed in December 2020 due to COVID. She was 82 years young. The book is previously owned. The edges of the cover are lightly bumped. I have seen no tears or stains. There are 240 pages filled with delicious recipes such as Gonzalez Gazpacho, Skinny Mulligan’s Shrimp Enchiladas, Ginger’s Limelight Chicken, Dreamy Potato Dumplings, and Little Buddy Coconut Crunch Pie. This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding. Only items that meet the stringent regulations of the Post Office can travel by Media Mail. If you wish to have items combined into one package, then ONE Paypal payment must be made. Multiple payments means multiple packages. We are not set up for pick-up. We’ve tried it in the past and had too many “no shows”. Our schedules can be erratic, so please allow us to mail your package. This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and auctions. I’m sorry, but I am not aware of how the item has been stored or used before I received it. I frequently get asked about odors. I have a fairly “sensitive” nose — if an item has a disagreeable fragrance, that information will be included in the description. Ebay automatically adds sales tax when they deem it is appropriate — I have no control over it. I try very hard to please all of my buyers. Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control. These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx. Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies. If you do not feel that you can give all 4’s or 5’s on the DSR’s, please contact me with your concerns BEFORE leaving feedback.
